Our Process
We aim to resolve complaints promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue immediately, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a written outcome once our investigation is complete. If the matter takes longer than 45 days, we will inform you of the reason and expected timeframe.
